The clay-tiled vaulted ceilings and terracotta floors maintain thermal comfort while enhancing the tactile richness of the space.
Each room opens into a moment of calm — a bedroom bathed in morning light, a quiet study corner, or a music room where earthy tones and hand-painted murals come alive with rhythm. The double-height volume, crowned by a ventilated roof, invites daylight to filter softly into the interiors, creating a rhythm of light and shadow that evolves throughout the day.

Inside, the exposed structural framework defines the space — a play of geometry and texture that retains warmth through the use of earthy finishes and handcrafted details. The interiors, simple yet expressive, balance openness with intimacy; the use of natural light, minimal partitions, and locally sourced materials roots the home deeply in its landscape.

The façade balances exposed brickwork with smooth concrete planes, creating a timeless architectural rhythm that feels both grounded and modern.
